If, by any chance, your gummy candies arrive damaged, we kindly ask that you reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. For our assessment, please provide clear photographs of the damaged items and their packaging.

In cases of non-delivery or if you receive incorrect items, we urge you to notify us promptly so we can address the issue accordingly. Refunds or replacements will be issued solely for confirmed instances of damage or incorrect shipments, and we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any other reasons.

Our customer service team will guide you through the return process if deemed necessary, and we appreciate your attention to securely packaging the items for return. Refunds will be processed promptly upon confirmation, utilizing the original payment method.
